We are currently looking for an IT Help Desk/Web Applications Programmer to work in our busy Seattle corporate office. This is a year-round benefit eligible position.

We are looking for a leader who can help us structure. The Chef will plan, direct, participate and supervise food service activities at our processing plant at Naknek, Alaska. This involves preparation and delivery of meals for our employees. Meals are served buffet style. The incumbent will plan and develop recipes considering food budget requirements while maintaining overall food quality & consistency.

Silver Bay Seafoods' California operation is currently looking for a Dock Foreman to work at our Ventura location. This is a seasonal position. While working, the Dock Foreman will be expected to work up to 16 hours a day, 7 days for up to 3 months at a time.
The Dock Foreman provides an integral service to fishing vessels as they come to off-load at the California Seafoods dock. They coordinate with Fleet, Plant and Production Managers, as well as fishing vessels to organize and schedule efficient offloads. The Dock Foreman typically runs a crew of 2-8 Dock Leads.
Silver Bay Seafoods (SBS) is currently looking for Inventory/PM Administratort to work in our Valdez, Alaska based seafood processing facility. The Inventory/PM Administrator position fulfills the dual responsibilities of Inventory/PM Administrator. The incumbent is responsible for tracking inventory throughout the facility, administrating the PM program, local expediting and other various duties.
Airfare from Seattle/Anchorage to the plant is provided. Also provided is housing and food while on location. The season typically lasts roughly 3-4 months.
The position will be required to take orders, purchase parts supplies for the Bristol Bay Fishing Fleet. Assist in all operations within the Fleet management Office.
Silver Bay Seafoods is currently looking for an experienced Rolling Stock Mechanic to work at one of our processing facilities in Alaska.
The incumbent will be expected to work 16 hours a day 7 days a week while at the facility which could be up to 6 months a year.
Travel to and from the facility from Seattle is provided as well as room and board while on site.
This is a seasonal position. You will be required to work at one of our processing facilities in Alaska. This is an entry level position
Silver Bay Seafoods (SBS) is currently looking for experienced Technical Support to work in one of our Alaska based seafood processing facilities. The Technical Support position is responsible for plant tech support in coordination with corporate IT Staff. The employee will work directly with the facilities staff and senior level administrators to resolve problems and provide support.
Airfare from Seattle to the plant is provided as well as your return ticket. Also provided is housing and food while on location. The season typically lasts roughly 3-4 months during the summer.
Provide support to Plant HR Manager in all functional areas of human resources including employment, employee records, employee relations, performance evaluations, employee development, training and special projects.
Silver Bay Seafoods is currently looking for an experienced Production Lead to work at one of our processing facilities in Alaska. This position is seasonal and be expect to work 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Room and board are provided as well as travel to and from the facility from Seattle.
Baader 427 Tech rebuilds, repairs, assembles and maintains Baader 427 fish filleting machine, Baader fish trimming and scaling machine and/or Baader fish skinning machine.
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for communicating to all employees of the facility the standards and policies required by Silver Bay Seafoods and their customers, as well as state and federal regulations. Where the standards and policies are not adequately communicated, product may have quality defects or critical food safety defects.

Assist Quality Manager in ensuring that proper documentation, inventory records, including Fleet QC issues and overall Quality is held to the Silver Bay Standards
Provides support to the production department by assisting the Production Manager with production operations and relieving him at night or other odd hours.
The Bunkhouse Manager monitors Silver Bay property and premises to ensure security of products and processing materials, and to maintain order at the SBS bunkhouse. The bunkhouse manager will play a large role in making everyone’s stay there pleasant and safe.
